Running is not a coaching service I offer any longer, but I share information about it because I love it. I’ve had some glorious, magical, amazing experiences because of running.

Running has taught me more about living well and reasonably than just about anything in my life.

Things you’d think that would be unrelated (like accepting where you are now, taking micro-steps forward, and being ultimately present and not in paralyzed analysis) are all things I, in part, learned by putting foot-to-pavement.

The lines “It’s hard on your knees” or “I only run if something is chasing me” are rehearsed rhetoric inactive people have learned to say when someone tells them they’re a runner.

It’s actually one of the best things, metabolically, you can do for your body, we are born to do it, (Read Born to Run) and it builds healthy joints. (Source)
